We do not offer refunds once a payment has been made, however, you can cancel or pause your plan anytime should your needs change. Our refund policy is guided by our commitment to providing doulas with real human support.

If you pause your plan, you will not be billed for the next cycle of your plan whether it was paid monthly or annually. Your account will be completely available until your current billing cycle ends. When you go to pause within the “Select/Modify a Plan” section, you can view the “Renewal” date to see when your account will be active until on your current subscription. After pausing, you will not be billed for the next cycle.
