Yes, for 14 days. You will be prompted to choose a plan and set a price that is fair for you and then you can set up your entire account, add unlimited clients, take advantage of sharing features, at no charge. You’ll be charged the amount you selected when you set up your account when the 14 days has passed. Our Team account allows you to add 10 doulas to your team at no extra charge (they’ll each get their own log in, and be able to access all the clients on the team). Our Solo account allows you to add unlimited clients and leads and up to 1 backup doula.

You can cancel your subscription any time, right through your account. Select the “Your Account” drop down in the upper right hand corner. Select “Modify Plan” which lets you update your credit card for the subscription or pause your plan.

When you pause, it will say “Pause on XX/XX/XX”, so you get the rest of your time period and then your account reverts to a paused plan.

The card is charged immediately upon subscribing, and then again every month on the same day (e.g., 21st) at the same time of day.

Yes. On a Solo plan, you can connect one business account; on a Team plan, you can connect multiple businesses accounts. We use Stripe to process payments; Stripe collects a small standard fee (usually 3% + $.30), but we do not make additional money like most apps.

Absolutely! Doulado is great for doulas (grief doulas, birth doulas, menopause doulas, etc.), but it’s also a simple, easy-to-use system that’s also great for lactation consultants, community health workers, holistic providers, and more. Yes! Select the “Yearly” option when selecting a plan.

If you’d like to share individual clients with backup doulas, but don’t want to carry the expense of those doulas’ accounts, a Solo plan is perfect for you. You’ll be able to add unlimited clients, and share unlimited clients. Backup doulas get their first client free, but if they take on multiple backup clients, they’ll need to upgrade to a paid plan.

If you’d like to add more team members to your unlimited clients, a Team plan account is perfect for you. You can have 10 total team members on your team; they’ll each get their own login and can add their own individual clients to their account, as well.

Your Doulado account is free for the first 14 days.

You will never have to pay extra to add another client to your account. If you want to add a team member who receives their own login and can see all clients on your team (and not just individual clients you assign), you will need a Team plan.
